I had no idea you’d all have such strong reactions to the death of Itty’s parents. Now that I know how easily tugged your heart strings are, prepare for a constant string of DEATH AND BETRAYAL. And a few more dick jokes because they make me laugh.

In case I missed harassing you on twit ter or facebook or deviantart or email or IM or registered post, please note that we have a new site layout and that it is superior to the previous site layout. Please write a strongly worded letter to your senator explaining such and then threaten their family’s well-being if they send you a form letter in reply. I know that’s what I did.

Wallpapers got delayed by Lindsey’s work (yay) so you guys just have to wait a little bit. They comin though I prawmise. Soon there will be a little Specials section up on the menu there that will have downloads and other goodies. Stay tuned!

Goodnight Dear Blackfoot

It is with a heavy heart that I tell you folks some bad news. Our dearest guinea pig, Emma, has passed away. She was over 6 years old and an absolute bundle of delights. She was one of the inspirations for this strip and I feel good knowing she’ll be immortalized in this comic.

She never stayed put for more than a moment, except to nap with her feet stretched out as far as she could. She cried out loud whenever the refrigerator door creaked open and would not stop until she was snuggled or fed. She was the most well-travelled guinea pig ever, having driven cross country twice, up and down California, and lived with 3 different families. One time she wore a cape and became the first cavy superhero. Let no-one say that Emma of the Blackfoot was without personality.

We’ll miss you sweetie, i hope you rest forever on a bed of hay and carrots.
